Ponthir School of Taekwondo

Welcome to the new website for the Ponthir School of Taekwondo!

For over 10 years now Ponthir School of Taekwondo has been based in Ponthir and Caerleon in the South Wales area and are closely affiliated with the Newport School of Taekwondo.

The school is a member of the Taekwondo Association of Great Britain (TAGB) which is the largest single body in the United Kingdom with over 22,00 members.

The TAGB is a member of Taekwondo International, which is a worldwide body with representation in every continent of the globe, and is also a founder member of the British Taekwondo Council (BTC) which incorporates 15 different organisations and has a membership of over 44,000. The BTC is the only body recognised by the British Sports Council.

We pride ourselves on our family atmosphere and cater for any age or gender, so Whether you want to improve your fitness, flexibility, confidence or indeed your self defence skills, we have different programmes to help you achieve your goals.
